Family Photo Wall
More and more of my clients are asking for me to install their family photo's in a salon style. That basically means, to arrange the photo's on the wall, in an asymmetrical manner. The key, and secret to making this type of installation look good, is equalizing the negative space, start on the edges, and work your way into the center. Be sure not to cry, if you have to move a frame 1/2"; just hope the hole don't show! Looks amazing, right?

Project Angel Food, Divine Design
I was asked by Shannon, of Citizen Properties, to assist with art installation, on the walls she built for this affair. This annual event, DIVINE DESIGN, held at the old Robinson-May store in Beverly Hills, is a killer opportunity for style conscious, shoppers to score BIG TIME on high quality, artwork, fashion clothing, furniture, housewares, and toys for spoiled children. The best deal in the sale that I saw, was a nice little abstract from Suzanne Woodruff, who shows her work at the William Turner Gallery. All the volunteers I saw, were working hard, at making the showroom as fantastic as anything you might expect, at an over-the-top, Holiday spectacular blow-out. What a great organization Project Angel Food is, I am proud to have helped them with their great annual fundraising event. It's all part of the job, being a smart-ass, art savvy, man of giving spirit; who has been blessed by plenty, and generously offers help to those who need visual continuity, and acuity provided in a comfortable setting...
The above pictures show you how I found the space, and how I left it.
